• Independent Contractors: We make no warranties regarding the craftsmanship, licensing, or professional conduct of these third parties. Your decision to hire a contractor is a private agreement between you and that business. HVACCalculator.Ai does not oversee, warrant, or guarantee the quality or outcome of any physical labor performed.
• Dispute Resolution: Any issues regarding the work performed must be resolved directly with the contractor. You agree to release HVACCalculator.Ai (and our officers, partners, and affiliates) from any and all claims or damages arising from disputes with service providers.

2. User-Provided Information

• Accuracy: You certify that all data provided is honest, current, and accurate. You maintain full responsibility for the legality and integrity of the data you enter.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

• Self-Reported Data: HVAC company profiles are largely self-reported. While we use AI to comb for 4.5-star ratings and 5+ years of business history, we do not physically inspect their facilities or verify every claim made in their profiles.
• Verification Recommended: We provide links for your convenience, but you are responsible for verifying a contractor’s current insurance, bonding, and local licensing before signing a contract.
• Warranties: HVACCalculator.Ai expressly disclaims all warranties regarding the screening process. We do not guarantee that the information received during verification is error-free.

6. User Reviews and Ratings

Reviews on our site represent the subjective opinions of consumers, not the views of HVACCalculator.Ai. We do not “police” every comment, but we reserve the right to remove reviews that contain:

• Hate speech, profanity, or discriminatory language.
