The Elite Guarantee is designed to protect homeowners against substandard workmanship.

• Coverage:The guarantee applies only to the quality of the service performed by a SnapEstimate.ai Elite Verified professional.
• Service Match:The service must have been booked or initiated through the SnapEstimate.ai platform or via a lead generated by our system.
• Financial Limit:SnapEstimate.ai will provide a satisfaction reimbursement of up to $500 per project, subject to the claims process.

To be eligible for a reimbursement claim, the following criteria must be met:

• The Badge:The professional must have held an active "Elite Verified" status on our platform at the time of booking.
• Proof of Payment:You must provide a valid receipt or invoice showing the project was paid in full.
• Claim Window:If your direct resolution attempt with the contractor fails, you must officially contact us and submit your claim within 24 hours of that failed attempt.
• Resolution Attempt:You must first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the service provider and allow them a reasonable opportunity to fix the work.

The SnapEstimate.ai Elite Guarantee is a workmanship protection program, not a comprehensive insurance policy. We do not cover:

• Property Damage:Claims involving physical damage to your home or belongings must be filed through the professional's general liability insurance.
• Pricing Disputes:We do not reimburse for disagreements regarding the final price, "hidden fees," or perceived overcharging.
• Responsiveness:We do not provide compensation for delays, "no-shows," or poor communication.
• Materials Only:We do not cover the failure of materials or products (e.g., a faulty water heater) that are covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
• Cancellations:Projects that were canceled or never started are not eligible for reimbursement.

If you are unsatisfied with the workmanship of an Elite Verified pro, follow these steps:

• Document the Issue:Take clear photos and write a brief description of why the work does not meet industry standards.
• Submit a Request:Contact the SnapEstimate.ai Support Team through our official Claims Portal.
• Investigation:Our experts will review the documentation, the pro's Expert Rating Score, and the service agreement.
• Resolution:If the claim is approved, SnapEstimate.ai will issue a reimbursement check or digital payment for the cost of the repair, up to the $500 limit.

SnapEstimate.ai reserves the sole right to determine whether a claim meets the criteria for "substandard workmanship" based on standard industry practices and the evidence provided. Our decision regarding reimbursement is final.
