How to Opt Out of SMS / Text Messages
- Reply STOP — Text the word STOP to any text message you receive from us or our partners. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
- Reply UNSUBSCRIBE — Texting UNSUBSCRIBE to any of our messages will also remove you from our list.
- Call Us — Contact our toll-free number at (833) 990-SNAP (7627) to be removed from SMS communications.
- Email Us — Send an opt-out request to support@snapestimate.ai with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out."
How to Opt Out of Phone Calls
- Tell the representative you wish to be placed on our internal Do Not Call list at any time during a call.
- Call (833) 990-SNAP (7627) and request removal from call lists.
- Email support@snapestimate.ai with the subject line "Phone Opt-Out."
Processing Time
Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days. Please note that opting out of SnapEstimate.AI communications does not automatically remove you from communications initiated by independent service providers who may have separately obtained your consent.
No Purchase Required
Your consent to receive marketing communications is never a condition of any purchase or service. Opting out will not affect your ability to use our platform or receive your estimate.
Automated Communications
Some installers may use auto-dialers or send automated text messages. If they cannot contact you, these may result in charges to you. You consent to receiving these communications even if the phone number entered is on the "Do Not Call" register.
Data Collection & Use
All information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
Call Recording
