When you submit your project details, SnapEstimate.Ai connects you with third-party organizations that may meet your needs. We may also suggest specific providers for your own research.
No Guarantees:
We do not guarantee that a provider will be available, willing, or capable of meeting your requirements. We make no warranties regarding the skills, licensing, or performance of these third parties.
Direct Contracting:
Any agreement or contract is strictly between you and the service provider. We do not warrant the quality of work or the final outcome.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes must be handled directly with the service provider. By using our services, you release SnapEstimate.Ai (including our employees and affiliates) from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your dealings with these third-party organizations.

User Responsibilities
Accuracy of Information:
You agree to provide truthful, current, and accurate information. You are responsible for the legality and intellectual property rights of any data you enter.
Account Security:

Fraud Prevention:
Intentionally entering false information (fake names, phone numbers, or emails) is a serious matter. Doing so causes significant damage to SnapEstimate.Ai and our partners.
Indemnity for False Information:
If you knowingly submit fraudulent data, you agree to fully indemnify SnapEstimate.Ai and each affected service provider for the greater of:
- $10,000 per improper submission to each affected party (including the actual owner of the spoofed email/phone number), plus legal fees.
- The total of all actual, punitive, and consequential damages, including regulatory fines.

Personal Use Only:
Our services are for your private, non-commercial use. Commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Eligibility:
This service is available only to citizens of the USA. By using this site, you warrant your citizenship status.
Automated Access Prohibited:
You may not use "bots," "scrapers," "spiders," or any automated code to access, monitor, or copy content from SnapEstimate.Ai.
Security:

Service Professional Profiles & Reviews
Profiles:
We allow companies to post self-reported profiles. We do not verify or certify the information in these profiles.
Accreditation:
Any "Pre-Screened" status is based on self-certification by the provider. We recommend you independently verify licensing and references before hiring.
Ratings & Reviews:
Reviews reflect the opinions of consumers, not SnapEstimate.Ai. We reserve the right to remove reviews that contain offensive language, illegal references, or false statements. We do not assume liability for any claims or losses resulting from site reviews.
Privacy & Data
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect location and contact data to facilitate your service requests. We do not sell or rent your personal information without your permission.
Aggregate Data:

Such actions cause significant financial damage to SnapEstimate.ai, our service professional partners, and consumers through loss of time, resources, and privacy rights.
By using this site, you agree to the following Liquidated Damages:
If you knowingly submit fraudulent or misleading information (including the use of someone else's identity or made-up contact details), you agree to fully indemnify SnapEstimate.ai and all affected service providers for the greater of:
- Statutory Damages: A minimum of $10,000 per improper submission payable to SnapEstimate.ai, plus $10,000 to each affected service professional, and $10,000 to each individual whose privacy was compromised by your submission (plus all associated legal fees).
- Actual Damages: The total sum of all direct, punitive, and consequential damages, including judicial fines or regulatory penalties resulting from the fraudulent activity.
3. Compliance and Monitoring
Your use of this website constitutes your agreement to these terms. We reserve the right to block any IP address or entity suspected of violating these policies and to share logged activity with law enforcement and regulatory bodies to pursue the maximum penalties allowed by law.

By submitting your information and clicking "Continue" on our estimate form, you authorize SnapEstimate.AI or our chosen service providers to use the phone number(s) entered. By clicking "Continue" you also consent to phone calls from the above-mentioned service providers being recorded by SnapEstimate.AI for training and quality assurance purposes.
